The accommodation

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful apartment with rooms in Calpe near La Fosa beach. Apartment with a maximum capacity of 2 people. Located next to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, 100 meters from the promenade and La Fosa beach. In the courtyard of the house there is a paid parking. The apartment consists of a living room with individual access to the patio of the house, bedroom and bathroom. From the windows of the apartment there are views of a part of the Ifach mountain. The apartments have their own access to the patio of the house, which allows people who lead an active lifestyle to bring their sports equipment to the room without using an elevator. Excellent opportunity to disconnect on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

To complete check-in at the office, if not done earlier on-line:
-provide documents of all residents
-Pay a deposit of 100€ and additional fees in cash
-Sign the rental contract
-Receive the keys

You will then have to go to the apartment by yourself.

No is allowed in the flat:
Smoking, partying, the number of people staying in the flat may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation.

Additional paid services, subject to availability and in agreement with the host: Check-in/Check-out unscheduled, Pets, Parking.

Interior: lounge with individual access to the courtyard, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine.
