Classika - Costabravasi.

Classika is a beautiful house with swimming pool located in the Gulf of Santa Cristina de Aro very close to nature, golf courses and mountains. It has wifi, air conditioning and fans.

This spectacular house is of contemporary construction and has 180 m2 available, about 10 m2 of a small swimming pool and more than 2000 m2 of land landscaped and adapted to the environment, with a lot of space for recreational area.

The house has numerous corners both inside and outside the house where you can enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday.

When you arrive at your destination, you can drive your car into the property and park it in the parking area where it will be kept.

Inside the house everything is on one floor, although there are steps to go from one side to the other. The fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it comfortable and convenient. The indulgent décor contributes to the charm of the place, which, together with the large garden areas, will make for an unforgettable holiday.

Classika's surroundings, located in the middle of the Costa Brava, will help to make your stay even more enjoyable. In the same urbanisation there is a 27-hole golf course and paths for walking, hiking and even stairs just a few metres away. You will find the spectacular sandy beaches of the Costa Brava and its lush coves just 7,5 kilometres away by car.

The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourism activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, commercial centres and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as local and international gastronomy.

The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only. Unfortunately we are unable to accept groups under 25 years of age at this property. The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro. .
