The accommodation
Our 2 bedroom, 1st floor south facing apartment is located on the western end of Estepona, just a few minutes drive from Estepona Port, and near Hotel Elba/Costa Natura.
It's part of friendly urbanization which includes full time
multi-national residents and visiting holidaymakers.
There is a newly adapted ramp which can be used for wheelchair mobility scooter users for easy access into the building. There is also a lift.
The master bedroom had a double bed, a full-length mirror, sliding built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet with lamps, bedding( and extra bedding), and a box of beach towels for guests to use.
Guest bedroom (which is opposite ) has 2 single beds,a cot, a mirror, built-in wardrobes, a bedside cabinet with a lamp, and a variety of beach paraphernalia and games for guests to use.
Fully fitted , marble worktop kitchen, which has a breakfast bar, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, gas & electric hob, electric oven, and a cupboard full of additional electric machines ( chip fryer, toastie maker, blender, etc)
Bathroom has a full-length bath and overhead shower, toilet, and sink. Towels, shelves, and wall cupboard. There's also a First Aid cabinet.
The spacious lounge leads onto the balcony and is tastefully decorated in warm colours with a touch of African decor. Large settee, reclining chair, dining area for 4, TV/dvd player with a large selection of dvd's for kids and adults.
Floor and mood lamps.
Cold & warm fan.
Book-shelf with numerous books in English and Spanish
Desk- and chair for those who have to work a little!
There is highspeed WIFI available at the property.
Pets considered
IMPORTANT!! Due to the current water drought in Spain, swimming pool will not be opening this summer- this is a decision which IS out of our control
Setting
It's prime location on the beach means that it's just 20 meters from the seashore, therefore extremely family- friendly with no roads or bridges to cross to reach the beach. Easily walkable in less than 90 seconds!
The urbanization is located directly on the beach on the western side of Estepona , just a few minutes drive from the port and town. It's a lovely area, with its own promenade, surrounded by jasmin -fragrant walkways, tropical gardens and a few mins walk from the 5 star Elba hotel.
The new coatal pathway , directly infront of the apartment, takes you on lovely easy walks, jogs or bike rides to Cristo bay, the port of Estepona and beyond. It can also take you towards Sabinillas.
For the more 'adventurous' guests, Costa Natura is just 1 beach away( 5 min walk) .. where you can enjoy the sun on your back (and the rest of your body!) at this well known naturist resort!
Across the walk- bridge , you'll find to 2 x supermarkets, a tapas bar/ cafeteria, a restaurant, pharmacy, burger king, petrol stations and large shopping store. The newly built hospital is also just a 4 min drive away.
Activities and attractions
You can drive, take a taxi or a bus to Estepona from the taxi stand/ bus stop infront of the urbanization. Estepon ton and port offers numerous bars, cafe's , restaurants, tapas bars, shops, live music venues and nightlife. .. for all ages! There are also a variety of fishing, dolphin and leisure boat trips available
The coastal promenade fro directly in front of the apartment takes you along a beautiful coastline to Playa Cristo in 20 mins, and then onwards to the marina and town,
If golf is your thing, then Estepona golf is also just a 10min drive away.
Whatever you're looking for in a holiday, we are convinced you 'll be spoilt for choice , and our apartment location makes it easy and accessible to get around and discover this stunning region of the Costa del Sol as we're located just off the A7/N340 coastal road.
