Luxurious studio in the heart of Madrid - ST 1

The accommodation

This studio is equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free stay in Madrid. From a comfortable bed to a complete bathroom with a shower. Oso Madrid Studio 1 also includes clean towels, soft sheets and free toiletries. Air conditioning (aerothermal system) and fast WiFi are available and there is also a small kitchen area with cutlery and the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services such as cleaning and extra towels are available upon request (subject to availability) at an additional cost.

*Please note:

- This studio is located on the ground floor.
- The city government requires a photocopy of the identification of all housed guests, for which we will need your collaboration before arrival.

1. Check in from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m. Key system through smart locks (codes will be sent two days before arrival)

2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pay special attention to its volume both in the common areas and in the study.

3. Not following the rules of the house, for example, bringing pets, smoking, having parties, missing the check-out time or not respecting the quiet hours, would entail a charge of €100.

4. Take into account that the city government requires a photocopy of the identification card (DNI/NIE/Passport) of all guests staying, for which we will need your collaboration before arrival.

Setting

The entire space is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and the no smoking policy throughout the property.

Activities and attractions

The Lavapiés neighborhood is known for its lively atmosphere and diverse culture. You will find a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars just a few steps from the studio. In addition, the location offers easy access to many of the main tourist spots in Madrid. Retiro Park is just a 7-minute drive away, while Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are an 11-minute walk away each. You can also visit the Museo Nacional del Prado, which can also be accessed on foot in just 18 minutes. Although you can walk to the main tourist spots (Royal Palace, Atocha, etc.) this studio is very close to the Lavapiés, La Latina and Tirso de Molina metro stations
