The accommodation
This spacious flat of 95 square metres distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony, is located in one of the most historic streets of Puerto de la Cruz, just a few metres from the historic fishing dock, the Real Casa de la Aduana and the Cofradía de Pescadores (fishermen's guild).
Fifty metres away you can find paid parking in the Plaza de Europa and about a hundred metres away there is a large area of free public parking next to the Muelle Pesquero.
The nerve centre of Puerto de la Cruz, La Plaza del Charco and its surroundings, where you will find a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops, is only 50 metres from the flat, as well as the Barrio de la Ranilla, the old fishing quarter where you can find the best restaurants in the city in Calle Mequinez as well as in Calle San Felipe and its perpendiculars.
Also just 100 metres away you will find the iconic San Telmo beach from where you can reach the great work of César Manrique, the Lago Martiánez swimming pool complex and the whole area of Martiánez with its beach of the same name in just a few minutes walk.
Turning in the opposite direction, just 500 metres walk from the house you will find Playa Jardín and the bus station.
This flat is in a perfect enclave to enjoy a cosmopolitan city like Puerto de la Cruz where locals and tourists intermingle to make up the charm of the pioneer city in tourism in Spain and from where you can easily visit both the National Park of Las Cañadas del Teide and the rest of the island, both the capital and La Laguna, the south or the eastern part of the island with historic towns like Garachico.
Guests must respect the community of owners by not making excessive noise or disturbing activities, especially between 23:00 hours and 08:00 hours.
