The duplex penthouse is located in the very center of a golden square of Eixample - the best part of it. It has huge private terrace with plants and trees, garden furniture, lounge area, sunbeds, BBQ, views to Sagrada familia, sea and Agbar. No agency fees, I am the owner. No agency calls!
