Come and enjoy an unforgettable vacation in our spacious ground floor loft on the waterfront with sea views! This spacious apartment has direct access to the promenade and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The loft has a full bathroom with a shower, an office kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a double bed of 1.35x1.90, an Italian-style sofa bed that converts into a double bed of 1.35x1.90 and air conditioning with a heat pump. In addition, it has a private terrace with views of the residential area and direct access from the residential area to the promenade. We also offer free internet access.

The tennis court is available for use at an additional cost. From the common areas, you can access the promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and walk in the open air.
