Not included in the price :

Tourist tax : € 1 per person per night (except children under 17 years and maximum 7 nights)

Security deposit : 500 €

Bedlinnen: 15 € per bed (opcional and on request)

Towels : 15 € per person (opcional and on request)

Arrivals after hours and arrivals and / or departures on Sundays may have a surcharge of € 50 and with prior notice

The house is not located in front of the pool and that the house is very quiet.
