The bright spacious lounge, leads onto the pool and garden with a gas BBQ.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with bathroom and upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and access to a large terrace.

The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre-optic WIFI along with international TV channels. The kitchen has recently been renovated in a modern style.

This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and scenic walks around the nearby Cabopino golf.

Beautifully maintained private gardens and pool make this villa first class accommodation for the perfect holiday.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
