The accommodation

Duplex with two floors.
On the lower floor is the main room, American-style kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed.
On the upper floor, there is the jacuzzi and the terrace.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to avoid missing anything on a daily basis, being especially ideal for couples or families with small children.
We have Wi-Fi connection, parking, safe box, and channels like Disney channel, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO. The community also has two swimming pools open between June 15 and September 15.

Setting

We are located just 500 meters from the beach, with almost direct access from the same urbanization.
In the area there is a very short distance, supermarkets, different types of restaurants and shops.
Its location is perfect if you don't want to move the car, and comfortable to get around doing tourism in the region.
If we move, we will have access to numerous spectacular coves and beaches where we can spend whole days with family and friends.

Kartting: With cars and circuits for children and adults.
Mojacar Diving School Center: Where we will have the opportunity to live a fantastic adventure in the crystalline waters of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, whether we have no experience or are expert divers. www.buceomojacar.com
