This place is fantastic for families. One bedroom with queen size bed and a bunk bed (and there's an additional pull-out bed if you need it).

An ideal base for trips and excursions, both on the lake and in the mountains, the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket, bar, restaurant, bakery and the Dervio train station.

Dervio is 90 Km away from Milan centre. Well connected by train.

The historic center of Dervio is very interesting from a historical point of view, with the Church of San Giovanni Battista dating back to 1400 and the Castle Tower, an ancient medieval watchtower dominating the village.

Moreover, the area offers a wide range of restaurants and bars where you can taste local specialties, such as lake fish and Bitto cheese from Valtellina.
