The residence has two swimming pools, one in the center of the residence and one by the sea from which you will have direct access to the pebble and sand beach facing the residence.
Alongside the residence, you can also take the coastal path that will allow you to walk or cycle to Estepona.
You will also find a shopping area 500 meters away with restaurants and two supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona).

Disapointment
The apparment was sadly niglected. When we arrived, two of the three bathrooms were broken. The plumber came the same evening, but it shoud not be renters job to notice the broken things. We did not get the key for the nearests pool. First we were told, that there is a problem with the keys, then that the pool was closed. We saw people swimming there and asked the gardners, if the pool was really closed. They replied no and the next day, after calling the representative again, we got the keys. Most of the china were cracked, glases were stained with lime, the frying pans were unusable (got new ones, when asked). The electric part of the stowe was not safe to use, because it was so worn out, that you could not see if it was on or of. The kitchen sink was so worn out that you could not keep it clean, so were also the counters. Most of the dining chairs were partly broken. The tv did not have any normal spanish or english channels. You could only see netflix and youtube.
