If you are Looking for a getaway of your busy days, this property is what you Looking for.

Located in Ferreiras, Albufeira, this property sleeps 11 people (8+3), has 4 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, private heated saltwater pool (optional extra) and barbecue.

After passing the property access gate we find the main house. Upon entering, we have a fantastic winter garden, this has some sofas so you can socialize with those you love most in a very comfortable environment.

Moving on to the kitchen, this has a large area and has all the utensils and equipment you may need, such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, in this area we can also find a door that gives access to the laundry room, where the washing machine, ironing board and drying rack. Next to the kitchen is located the barbecue.

On the left side of the winter garden we can find a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and access to the outside área, one of this rooms has a private bathroom (with shower), both with air conditioning. On the right side we have the living and the dining room. This area has a large dining table so you can enjoy meals with friends or family. In turn, the living room has sofas and a television so you can relax while watching what you like the most.

Through the ground floor we have the access staircase to the first floor. After going up we can find the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom (with shower).

Returning to the outside, this is accessed through the living room or through the pedestrian gate located outside.

The wonderful pool area is completely fenced, which offers plenty of security for those traveling with children. The pool is salt water and can be heated, for a extra cost. In addition to the pool, you will also find an outdoor shower and a dining table to enjoy your meals while enjoying the view of the pool.

The property also has a private outdoor parking for 4 cars.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
