House in Tuscany comfortably sleeps 8

The accommodation

House has a king bed in the Primary Bedroom
Second Bedroom has two twins attached as a king bed, but can be detached. That Bedroom also has bunk beds for kids. This room sleeps 8 comfortably.
The livingroom sofa transforms to sleep 2.
Kitchen has pots, pans, bakeware, a microwave, a coffee maker, tea kettle, hand mixer ...everything you need to cook a family meal.
The bathroom has a towel warmer and curling iron, flat iron and hair dryer for use.
We have a patio with furniture and gardens around the house.
We have the best neighbors.

Setting

The house is about a 30 minute drive from Florence and 10 minutes to Figline Valdarno. We are in the Palazzolo area or incisa valdarno in the heart of Tuscany Wine country.
The nearest airport is Florence but if Rome works out better you can take trains to Florence and or get a rental car.

Activities and attractions

We have vineyards, golf courses, hiking trails, a swimming pool nearby, we are minutes from the fashion outlets. You can day trip to the beaches, Cinque Terre or to Pisa, Chianti, Siena and more. There is a train station nearby and you can take a train to spend a day in Rome or anywhere else.

We also have an arrangement with a massage therapist who can come to the house.
