This spectacular accommodation is newly built and has about 100 m2 of living space, 21 m2 swimming pool and more than 700 m2 of garden very well landscaped and suitable for the environment.
The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and very charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination you can park your car on the street as there is always space available near the house.
Inside the house everything is on one level. There is a large living room with access to a covered terrace, where we find the outdoor dining area. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. The fact of having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the same floor makes it very comfortable and convenient. Its pleasant decoration helps you enjoy the calm that exists in the place, which added to the pool and solarium area will make you enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

The house is located in an urbanization 3 km from the town of Santa Cristina d'Aro. You will find the beaches with the spectacular sand of the Costa Brava and its lush coves eight km away.
