At the entrance and also on the back the house is equipped with a veranda ideal for eating outdoors. In the courtyard there is also a built-in barbecue and a heated outdoor shower. The village of Rena Majore is a residential complex surrounded by greenery which is just 7 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura. It takes its name from its two large beaches located a few hundred meters from the houses of the village. Inside there are all the main services, including a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, market, various shops, as well as a very modern sports center with swimming pool and tennis and five-a-side football pitches.
