Apartment in the area of Bello Horizonte in Altea. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom, independent kitchen, living-dining room. It has a covered terrace with table and chairs; a perfect space for lunches, dinners outdoors or relaxing, with clear views to the countryside and the swimming pool. With all the comforts: flat screen TV, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided. The accommodation is located in a building with communal swimming pool, barbecue area, free parking area located within the property. Located 5 minutes drive from the centre of Altea and La Nucia. Also 5 minutes from the nearest beach in Altea: Roda beach, l'Espigó beach, l'Olla beach and l'Albir beach.

1- Nuisance, noise, unhealthy, dangerous or illegal activities are forbidden in the entire communal area. After 21:00h. no noise-causing activities may be carried out.
2- To leave the flat tidy, the kitchen tidy, kitchen utensils clean and the rubbish collected and deposited in the nearest rubbish bin. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 25€.
3- Respect the common areas: lobby, stairs, entrance to the building, swimming pool, terraces and other common areas.
4- No smoking in the accommodation.
5- It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the accommodation.
6- Always close the front door for security reasons.
7- AlteaHolidayHomes will not assume any responsibility for loss, theft or misplacement of personal belongings that guests leave in the accommodation.

Also 5 minutes from the beaches of Altea and 10 minutes from the beach of Albir. In the area we find the Dialprix Supermarket, 2 minutes drive from the British Private School AIS Altea International School, the Environmental Education Centre of La Nucia and the Altea Equestrian Club.
