The accommodation
The flat is fully equipped, has air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, hairdryer, free wifi. Towels and sheets are provided. It is situated in a complex with 5 swimming pools with slides (one pool is always open, see winter calendar), many gardens, cafeteria, summer restaurant (closed in winter), supermarket, 24 hour reception, vending machines for drinks and snacks. The views from the terrace are of the beach and the promenade as it is right in front of the sea, Santa Ana beach. On the promenade there are beach bars and shops. In front of the main entrance there is a large park and about 100m away is Selwo Marina. At 10 minutes walking distance is Puerto Marina. Close to Malaga airport and 40 minutes to Marbella.

24-hour reception and security. Supermarket and bar-restaurant (check winter opening hours). Water park with five swimming pools with slides (check winter timetable) and large gardens, public car park for residents (without reservation subject to availability).
Activities and attractions
The neighbourhood is very quiet, with the beach in front and a large park right next to it with a small lake and animals, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
