The accommodation

Spacious and bright apartment for 6 people. Located on the street side of the Marina de la Duquesa complex, 3rd floor, near the A7 with underground parking. The presence of a lift makes the apartment easily accessible for less mobile guests. Free use of 4 swimming pools, gym, paddle and tennis courts, beautifully landscaped garden with sun terraces. The garden gives access to the kilometre-long promenade and the fine and wide sandy beach with great Chiringuitos. In a few steps you are already in the port, which is considered the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol and is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. If you are a golfer, you can choose from the most beautiful golf courses in Spain.
The two very spacious L-shaped terraces offer a pleasant stay until late in the evening and overlook the harbor and the sea to the southeast and to the west on a golf course across the A7.

Setting

The apartment has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Through the spacious hall you reach the 3 bedrooms, one for the children with 3 beds, a second with a double bed (WxL 1.40 x 1.90 m) and a third, the master bedroom, with a double bed (WxL 1 .80 x 1.90 m). This has a private bathroom with bath. the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The floors are made of solid warm marble, the fitted wardrobes, white lacquered. There is hot/cold air conditioning, WiFi, double glazing, and electrically operated shutters for all windows. Bed linen is available for the beds and enough towels for personal care. Sufficient supplies are available for a first use, such as shampoo, soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is located near the A 7 and connects to large supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The region itself offers possibilities for one-day excursions to cities such as Seville, Cadiz, Ronda, Costa de la Luz (for wind and kite surfing) Caminito de la Rey (the 3 km long hiking trail at 100 meters above the river 'El Chorro' against the cliffs), Cordoba, Granada (Alhambra) and Malaga. Even a crossing to Morocco and a visit to Tangier or other cities are possible. Besides the beach and the promenade, the harbor with its activity, restaurants and bars is the main attraction in the immediate vicinity. From early to late. A quiet place surrounded by that special Mediterranean light and opportunities for numerous nautical activities such as diving, jet skiing, sport fishing, boat trips or renting a boat. At the same time you can taste the richly varied range of gastronomic delicacies: Italian, Indian, Thai, French, Argentinian, but of course also Spanish.
