A stunning 4 Bedroom Villa located 80m from the beach at the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile
A delicate mix of classic Mediterranean exterior architecture and contemporary interiors. Natural light floods every room and creates a light and calm ambience. Simple elegance emanates from every corner of the Villa.
The open-plan living/kitchen area is the perfect space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The lounge has a large Smart TV. This space leads onto the terrace and pool area.
The ensuite bedrooms are comfortable, private, practical and quiet. All suites are fitted with lush large beds, ceiling fans, and enjoy ensuite bathrooms with large walk-in rain-showers.
The Master Suite is on the ground floor. 2 further bedrooms are upstairs. These three bedroom suites have air conditioning and underfloor heating, wooden flooring and bespoke cabinetry.
The fourth bedroom suite is downstairs, on the basement level. It is flooded with natural light and enjoys 3m high ceilings. This bedroom has a 180x200cm Vispring Bed and a bunk bed, making it the ideal room for various uses such as a kids room, a young family with small children, employees, etc.
