The accommodation

SITUATION:

Building located 150 m. from the North beach, in the Voramar Urbanization that is on the 1st Line of the beach and 4 km. from the urban center.



COMPOSITION:

Apartment block with capacity for 4/6 people consisting of a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a ceramic hob open to the dining room, two double bedrooms, a trundle sofa-bed in the living room, a full bathroom and a large terrace.



AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:

Elevator, swimming pool (15/06-15/09) At 100 m. restaurants, shops and small food stores. The building has all the services of Voramar, swimming pool for adults + children, tennis court (managed by the community). It has an unassisted car wash.



INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except clothing in general), TV, Wifi, Water, electricity, cleaning in and out, use of the pool, 1 parking space per apartment.



NOT INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception (€6/bed set and stay, direct payment). Towels for rent (€25 set of 5 towels direct payment). Cots for rent (€7/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (€7/day direct payment). Possibility of renting Air Conditioning with a supplement of €10/day, direct payment at reception.** Stays from October 1 to May 31 for 7 or more nights do NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed upon departure according to the consumption made by the client, according to meter reading.

Check-in outside regular hours will be done with self-checking. There are mailboxes at the reception door. It is important to contact reception so that they can provide you with the mailbox number and the combination.
