On this floor there is also a kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary comforts and appliances. Next to the kitchen we will find a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. We will also find the main bedroom suite with large windows offering a magnificent view and a bathroom with bathtub. Finally, in the basement, a large living area with home cinema, sofa and a football table. A fourth bedroom with a bathroom with shower is located on the same floor.

EXTERIOR: The Villa Casa Cap Blanc is of modern property. Upon entering the property there is a parking space. At the back of the villa you will find the garden with the swimming pool and sunbeds to enjoy the sun as well as a table, chairs and babecue to share meals. The villa also has a terrace on the top floor with spectacular views: the sea and the emblematic Peñon de Ifach of Calpe.
