The accommodation

Triplex penthouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, with stunning views of the renowned Vilamoura marina and a Jacuzzi with sea views.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, where the three bedrooms are located, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony, overlooking the marina, to start the day enjoying this fantastic view. This floor also has a shared bathroom.
The common areas are upstairs and include the living room and dining area, both open and with access to a peaceful terrace facing the pool with sea views and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy an excellent late afternoon. On this floor is also the kitchen, fully equipped. On the kitchen side there is access to a fantastic terrace facing the marina, with an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats six people. This terrace is ideal for enjoying your homemade meals or simply having fun with your friends while enjoying the breathtaking view.
The terrace has a flight of stairs that gives access to another terrace on the top floor, with the same wonderful view, equipped with a jacuzzi and sun loungers.
Our guests will be entitled to two parking spaces in the garage, free of charge, right in front of the property.
Benefiting from direct and privileged access to the Vilamoura marina, where you can enjoy all the restaurants, shops and bars in just a few steps. It is also a short walk from Vilamoura beach, the casino and the Cerro da Vila Museum. Falésia beach is located about 2 km away on foot.
It is also a short drive or taxi ride away from the water parks, the nightlife of Albufeira, the historic centers of Loulé and Faro, as well as the Ria Formosa Natural Park. If you prefer to go by bicycle, you can use the public bicycles in Vilamoura.

Check Out Rules:
- Check out until 10:00 am = Free
- Check out between 10:00 and 13:00 = 35% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm = 50% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 16:00 and 20:00 = 75% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

Setting

The lease of this property gives complete and private access to the apartment.

The apartment benefits from a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils relevant to your stay, washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge (with freezer). Water heating method (automatic electric water heater).

We provide bed linen, bath and face towels (1 per guest) - stays of 7 days benefit from a mid-week cleaning that includes change of bed linen and bath and face towels (1 per guest) *this cleaning must be scheduled in advance*

*Any extra cleaning service for stays of less than 7 days is on request and subject to availability and additional cost. Contact one of our collaborators to organize.

Activities and attractions

Vilamoura is a modern and sophisticated holiday destination that is situated on one of the finest beaches of central Algarve.
For beaches, Vilamoura cannot be beaten. There is the stunning Praia da Falésia with its 5km of pristine golden sands, while the pretty Praia de Vilamoura beach leads to the fishing harbour in Quarteira. The region surrounding Vilamoura is culturally rich and can be discovered with day trips to the historic city of Faro or the market town of Loule.
