The accommodation

Wonderful T2, with 2 bathrooms, ideally located in a building with a reception in the Vilamoura marina, accessible for our guests with wheelchairs.
Fully furnished, with a large living room with a dining area by the window, which opens onto a spacious balcony with a nice glass table and chairs where you can relax at the end of the day watching the sunset or have a drink. breakfast in the morning with a nice breeze.
It also has a parking space allocated to the property, inserted in a private garage.
Being a short walk from the marina and Falésia beach, you don't even need a car. If you prefer to prolong the walk, take the opportunity to discover the Passeio das Dunas, which ends in Quarteira. You will also be close to the Vilamoura casino and the award-winning golf courses in the region.

- Check out between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm = 50% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 16:00 and 20:00 = 75% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

Setting

The lease of this property gives complete and private access to the apartment.

The apartment benefits from a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils relevant to your stay, washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge (with freezer). Water heating method (automatic electric water heater).

We provide bed linen, bath and face towels (1 per guest) - stays of 7 days benefit from a mid-week cleaning that includes change of bed linen and bath and face towels (1 per guest) *this cleaning must be scheduled in advance*

Returning to Vilamoura Marina, this is the biggest and most famous Marina in Portugal, it has been in operation since 1974 and has won several national and international awards, especially in the area of ​​environmental management and quality. Holds the rating of 5 Anclas (maximum score), granted by The Yatch Harbor Association, since several years ago.
