LAY OUT: The villa has a living area of 443 m2 spread on two floors plus an apartment with an independent entrance. We access the property by the main floor where we have a large and luminous room with an access to the covered terrace. In this room we will find a fully equipped kitchen with an island where you could enjoy breakfast and a living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 6 people. On that same floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning (one of them with a bathroom en suite with shower) and also another bathroom as well with shower. The higher floor is accessed by an external staircase. It has a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom (with double bed and air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower. This floor has a terrace from which the views to the sea are wonderful. Finally there is the independent apartment its kitchen, its living room with table and chairs, its bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double beds. It is important to mention that all the bathrooms have floor heating.

EXTERIOR: A 1.500 m2 plot, a well-kept garden with natural grass and different kinds of plants and trees. In front of the villa there is the covered terrace and going down some steps we access the uncovered terrace as well as the swimming pool. Next to it there is another covered terrace where there is the barbecue area with an outdoor table, it is the perfect place to have wonderful times sheltered of the intense summer sun. From the outside of the villa there are beautiful and panoramic views on the Mediterranean Sea. There are also a football goal, a trampoline and a ping pong table where the children can fully enjoy their vacation. There is a garage and space enough to park several vehicles inside the plot.
