In the fully equipped kitchen, the terrace has an awning, tables and chairs, it is the only space where smoking is allowed, very bright, all exterior with sea views.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment and free wifi internet available. In the residential there are 2 large swimming pools. The smallest is normally available from May and the largest from July 1. The apartment is at the beginning of the urbanization of Roquetas de Mar, right in front of the sea, with a short walk you can reach the castle of Santa Ana and the port, very close you have a wide range of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, hairdressers, playground, gymnastics park for adults and fitness for the youngest. A leisure area with a playground about 15 min. walking, known as monkey park.
