CUTE VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. UP TO 6 PEOPLE.

LAY OUT: This is a very convenient villa as everything is on the same floor with only five stairs to go down to the terrace where the swimming pool is. There are three bedrooms (one with double bed and the two others with two single beds), two bathrooms (the first one with shower and the second one with bathtub) and a large room with an American kitchen and a living room with chimney. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room which is very appreciated on the hot Spanish summer days.

EXTERIOR : There is a furnished and covered terrace from which we have nice views on the Cabo d’Or de Moraira and a large terrace with the private swimming pool. On this terrace there are sunbeds for you to enjoy the sun, an outdoor shower and dining area with barbecue, dining table and chairs. The access to the villa is through an iron gate which leads to a covered car park so your car will not be exposed to the sun. All around the villa there is a garden with different trees and plants and there is even a beautiful fountain.

LOCATION : This villa is located in Benissa Costa, between Calpe and Moraira. A lovely place where we find a lot of coves with crystalline waters and a great variety of restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine. At less than 500 meters from the villa is a good Tennis club for you to keep fit or having fun during your vacation.
