The accommodation
Accommodation for rent in the Residencial Laja Bermeja, La Barrosa beach. The house has two bedrooms, (all with mosquito nets), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds of 1.05m each, a bathroom with a shower with a screen, a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, a capsule coffee maker and a dishwasher, and Dining room perfect for a total of 6 people, as it has a double sofa bed in the living room. It also has a large porch with outdoor furniture from which you can see the sea and the pool.
The house is completely renovated, all the new furniture and a current design. It has free Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets on all windows. Air conditioning and ceiling fans without blades in the bedrooms.
The Laja Bermeja urbanization, with an unbeatable location on La Barrosa beach, has common areas with gardens and two magnificent community pools, one for adults and one for children. Private parking within the urbanization.This apartment on the beachfront, in La Barrosa, is ideal for spending quiet family holidays.
The opening of the pool of this urbanization is June 15 and closing on September 15.
SurroundingsThe Residencial La Balconera urbanization is very quiet despite being on the beachfront. Inside it there are two large swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. It also has a restaurant within it and private security. Each detached house has a parking space within the enclosure and being so well located you can leave your car parked all your vacation as you have everything at hand.
La Barrosa beach has obtained important quality labels for its environmental management. It had the blue flag, a distinction awarded every year by a private organization for its cleanliness and for the multiple services it offers. This beach has received this award every year since it was established, except for 2011. It has also obtained the Q for Tourist Quality, among other awards.
The First Track of La Barrosa is characterized by having a long promenade, which has shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and garden areas. From there you can go to the different 'magical points' of Chiclana de la Frontera, which you cannot miss, because from them you will have incredible views and the best sunsets.
