T109: Within the splendid scenery of the tourist port of Santa Teresa Gallura, in the ''Il Chiostro'' residential complex we offer a three-room apartment for rent.
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette which leads to a comfortable covered terrace with a splendid view of the port, two bedrooms (one double and one with a French bed), main bathroom with shower and two bathrooms. Sleeps 4+2 (sofa bed in the living room). Equipment: TV, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, parking space
Inside the ''Il Chiostro'' residential complex there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, various shops and a splendid swimming pool with free access for condominiums and their guests (it will be necessary to pay €10 one-off per person for insurance ).

Bedroom and bathroom linen are not present, you can bring them with you or rent them at a cost of €20 per person per week.

Cost of pets €50.

Tourist tax €2.50 per person per night for a maximum of 14 days (excluding children up to 12 years old)

Santa Teresa is a small village in the northern end of Sardinia characterized by its proximity to Corsica (which can be admired from the Rena Bianca) and its numerous sandy beaches. The most famous are the Rena Bianca, the town beach, the beaches of Capotesta, La Marmorata, Rena Majore and numerous other beaches and coves.
