Nice villa very well located just over 1,3 km from the beach of Puerto Banus.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with a large dining area, a full kitchen, a terrace area with several sofas and a table, a garden and a nice private pool.
On the ground floor there are two of the bedrooms, and one bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are two other spacious rooms with two en-suite bathrooms and a very large terrace where you can spend incredible afternoons on the sofas.
