The accommodation

This is my beautiful home and has all the comforts, very clean and with attention to every detail. Unfortunately, I now live and work in Florence and therefore the house is available for those who want a high-level solution to spend a relaxing holiday in a characteristic village with all the excursions, art cities and beaches just a step away!

Setting

The small village of Nicola is one of the most beautiful in Italy. It's already spectacular to see the country in the distance when you arrive. An enchanting place where you can spend your time in absolute relaxation. However if you want a full and dynamic holiday, no problem when you move you will have everything at your fingertips. The biggest problem you will have is that it will be difficult for you to leave the terrace of the house where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea!

Activities and attractions

As already mentioned, the house is in a strategic position. The closest beaches are those of Marinella di Sarzana and Marina di Carrara: they are wide, with fine sand and above all they have plenty of free parking (in Marina di Carrara there are no paid parking, only free), you arrive in 7 minutes.
The most famous beaches in the area are VENERE AZZURRA, BAIA BLU, TELLARO, FIASCHERINO, ECO DEL MARE, PUNTA BIANCA, PUNTA CORVO, they are all 12 to a maximum of 14 minutes away from the house! To visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, embarkation of the boat is in Marina di Carrara at 10 minutes or at Lerici at 13 minutes or at La spezia 18 minutes. If you want to take the 5 TERRE tour by train, the Carrara railway station is 10 minutes away with free parking nearby, it's perfect for this excursion. All the places that for any reason deserve a visit (PIETRASANTA, MARBLE QUARRIES, FORTE DEI MARMI, PORTOVENERE, etc.) are within a maximum radius of 15-25 minutes. Famous cities of art such as PISA, LUCCA or the beautiful PORTOFINO can be reached in a maximum of one hour. Basically, if you want a dynamic holiday, you want to see new things every day, you want to be able to choose between sea, art and gastronomy every day, you can strongly consider this solution.
