The accommodation

If you want a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, in this Villa you can enjoy wonderful views of the Serra de Tramuntana from the terrace, the garden, the pool, the Balinese and hammocks or the barbecue. From the jacuzzi you can take a relaxing bath, both day and night, with splendid views of Santa Margalida. In the chill out you can read a book or have a drink with views of the farm or watching the sheep graze. But not everything is relaxing, you can also spend moments of fun in the pool, having a barbecue or playing a game of volleyball or soccer on the playground. Inside the house you can enjoy all the comforts that a house can offer. In the living room with the 65" smart-tv, lying on the large sofa, eating with views of the garden, sleeping in one of the 1.80m beds or with a splendid shower.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, two with a 180x200 double bed and one with two 90x200 beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. All of them overlooking the garden. The house has another full bathroom.
The living room has a sofa for six people, a 65" TV with smart-tv and a fireplace. From the living room you have views of the Serra de Tramuntana, the terrace and the gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen has a table and chairs for 8 people, a ceramic hob, an American fridge, a wine fridge, an automatic juicer, a filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and Italian capsules, a toaster and cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, cava and gin and tonic.
The barbecue has a fridge and sink. Logs and utensils to make barbecue.
Outside we have a toilet and utility room that has a washing machine and dryer.
Next to the pool there is a hot and cold shower.
The game track has a volleyball net and ball, goal and soccer ball, and a petanque game. In the chill out there is a swing hanging from the tree.
The jacuzzi has night lights and the possibility of heating the water up to 42 degrees Celsius.

Setting

The house is in a rural area between Santa Margalida and C'an Picafort. Everything that surrounds the house is countryside and nature and great views of the Serra de Tramuntana. Just 5 minutes from Playas de Muro. Easily accessible as the entrance is on the main road that connects Santa Margalida and C'an Picafort.
