Villa Boa Vida is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from Armação de Pêra. With breathtaking sea views, luxurious finishes, a private pool, and a rooftop jacuzzi, this newly built villa provides the perfect holiday setting.

Accommodating up to 8+2 guests, the villa offers fantastic facilities. The first floor features 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin (which can be converted into a double bed), both also with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a guest W.C.

The open-plan living and dining areas are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen caters to all your self-catering needs. A wall of glass doors provides direct access to the fantastic pool area, where you can relax on sun loungers, take a refreshing swim in the solar-heated pool, or enjoy a game of table tennis. An outdoor dining area and a barbecue are also available for al fresco meals.

At sunset, the fabulous rooftop terrace invites you to unwind with family and friends while enjoying the jacuzzi (optional extra) and the spectacular sea and city views.

The villa also provides parking for 4 cars and dedicated sockets for safe electric vehicle charging. If you wish to charge your EV, you must request socket activation so that consumption can be calculated separately.

With a prime location in Armação de Pêra, the property is within walking distance of stunning sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, and shops. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks are also readily available in town. Car hire is not essential unless you wish to explore more of the Algarve.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Solar-heated pool note: During the winter, the solar-powered heating system may not function as efficiently due to reduced sunlight hours and lower air temperatures.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
