The accommodation

A detached villa built on 708 m² plot. It has a garden and a 8 x 4 swimming pool.
The villa (not including terraces) is 110 m² and it has a living room which opens to a covered terrace, an open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, one bedrooms with bunks (3pax.) and two bathrooms with shower.
It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, etc. There is a butane gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves and TV. There is a barbecue, an outside shower, solarium and hammocks.

Setting

It is situated 200m. from the sea, 500m. from Calafat Marina and 500m. from the sandy beach called "La Almadrava".

In Calafat there is a supermarket, a coffee/backer, 3 restaurants, paddle court, ... and 7km. from the village L'Ametlla de Mar, where there are more shops, banks, …

It also exists along the entire coast a path called GR-92 for Hikers.

Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the theme park Port Aventura.
