The accommodation

The apartment "Happiness" is on the 10th floor, with 2 bedrooms, in the Parque do Rio development, Parque das Nações Norte.
It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 good living room and dining room with 1 comfortable sofa. There is the possibility of placing a cot in one of the bedrooms and/or a single bed in the living room so that you can enjoy the sofa for the social context. The apartment also has 1 complete bathroom with bath/shower and a social bathroom.
The main distinguishing feature is the living room, which has a broad and magnificent view over the Pedro Arrupe Jesuit College, the Tagus River and the Vasco da Gama Bridge.
The decoration made by professionals stands out for the quality, refinement and well-being of our guests, in shades of bege and lilac, with themed photographs, ergonomics and comfortable materials. It is fully furnished with various electrical and multimedia equipment, kitchen accessories and housing.

Setting

The apartment is located in Parque do Rio development, in Parque das Nações North, in a quiet environment with a fantastic surrounding and view to the Tagus River and Vasco da Gama Bridge.
About 300 meters, our guests have a supermarket (Pingo Doce), kindergarten, pastries, bars and restaurants.
About 1km there is a kindergarten, gym, pharmacy, police and various shops.
About 2km our guests will find in the center of Parque das Nações a vast array of services and commerce, such as the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, Lisbon Oceanarium, Lisbon Casino, Altice Arena (entertainment center) and access to Lisbon’s public transportation network (metro, bus, train and taxis). By metro, it takes 20 minutes to arrive in the center of Lisbon and 10 minutes to the Lisbon Airport.
To reach these places our guest can also take a leisurely walk through the gardens of the park and along the waterfront (30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the step) or take the public bus Carris, about 300 meters from the apartment (10 minutes to the center).
