The town centre of Caniço with its shops, restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. The closest restaurants and mini supermarket are 2 minutes away by car.

The city of Caniço has many restaurants that offer different varieties of food, both traditional and otherwise. It has beaches and supermarkets as well as a shopping center in the center. The apartment is close to accesses to Funchal as well as towards the airport.
