It consists of a double room, a living-dining room that has two sofa beds with capacity for 3 people, a single raised bed, an independent kitchen and a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
It has a ski storage closet. The building has a 24-hour concierge service during the winter season and a restaurant/bar.
