Cozy house with air conditioning, terrace with table and chairs, garden with barbecue and wifi located in front of a square, in a very quiet area of ​​the town.

On the main floor there is the kitchen, living room with air conditioning, exit to the terrace and garden area, bathroom and laundry area.

If we go up to the first floor we find a suite with air conditioning, 1.50 m bed and full bathroom, a room with two single beds, and a room with a 1.20 bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.

The terrace area has an awning and table and chairs to be able to eat outside, and in the garden area we also find a barbecue.

We will find wifi and air conditioning in the living room.

The car must be parked on the street, but the area is free and it is easy to park.

The location of the villa allows us to go shopping or walking on foot.

The accommodation is located in the town center and close to the main beaches and coves in the area as well as the best mountain routes. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.

Final cleaning is included.
