Unique location and cozy interior. What more do you need for a fantastic vacation?Our apartment is located in a prestigious tourist area of ​​Tenerife located in Playa Paraíso. It has a large swimming pool and a cafeteria bar. With a small beach just 4 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot. We also have the Rosa Center shopping center right next door and a fantastic Spa, which you can hire separately. It is very close to countless shops, supermarkets, restaurants and day and night entertainment.

The apartment is very bright and with a nice style, with easy access, it has 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe, living room with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony with views of the sea and the pool. It has capacity for up to 4 people, since we have a sofa bed in the living room. We also have a crib and high chair for guests who request it and come with a baby.

Flat screen TV in the living room, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware in general, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc... for a pleasant stay with your partner or family.

Located in Playa Paraíso, where the good weather always accompanies and close to the best beaches in Tenerife, you can move on foot both to the beach, and to the leisure, restaurant and supermarket areas located a few meters from the urbanization.

If you want to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. You can ask me about places you would like to visit. You can also rent a bike in the area.
