Residential block with endearing neighbours. Double Garage in a private area. 24-hour entrance and close to all services.

The beach is 10 minutes walk, Marina 10/15 minutes. 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

If you're looking for a week-long or long-term winter rental, the apartment has everything you'll need. From a travel cot for the little ones to a full oven for those who like to cook at home.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, on one side of the building, so it is bright, in a very quiet residential area, without noise, all exterior, very bright and very cool in summer, where a wonderful breeze blows.

En una localización ideal, en uno de los mejores sitios del arroyo, con todo cerca. Ademas hemos podido ir a dos piscinas, a la del propio apartamento que es muy familiar, como a la de jupiter-minerva, donde los niños se lo han pasado genial con los toboganes y los amplios jardines, una pisicna impresionante. . Alrededor hay infinidad de tiendas y restaurantes, supermercados etc, y si tienes que ir más lejos, tienes paradas de autobús y taxi justo al lado también. Y a la hora de coger el coche no hay problema, con la plaza de garaje privada. El apartamento es muy fresquito, en una habitación hay una cama gigante super cómoda y en otra, dos camas de 90 con muy buenos colchones, muy cómodas también. Me gustaron detalles como que la casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. También estaba muy bien dotado de sábanas, toallas, etc. Y lurdes siempre ha estado alli para atendernos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Un sol de persona seguro repetiremos
