Casa de aspecto un poco vieja, si tuviera un buen mantenimiento tendría mucho mejor aspecto a la hora de la valorización tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la casa. La limpieza, nada más entrar, deja mucho que desear. Pero algo que hemos valorado mucho es la ubicación que tiene. El poder ir andando a la playa fuente del gallo ha sido una auténtica gozada.
