The accommodation

Excellent duplex apartment in Ericeira, with 107 m2, right in front of the sea, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower in the suite and a balcony.
The upper floor is an open space with a living area and 1 bed. This floor also has access to the house\'s terrace.
It is part of a condominium with a garden and swimming pool, located right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the centre of Ericeira to Praia da Foz do Lizandro. In this way, and if you so wish, you can spend your holidays without having to use the car, just walking or cycling to the beach or to the centre of Ericeira.
The nearest sandy beaches to the condominium are Praia do Sul, which is 1km away, and Praia da Foz do Lizandro, which is 1.5km away.
The centre of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.4km from the condominium.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
