The accommodation

Spacious accommodation located in Palhais (St. Isidoro), with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a huge living room with a seating area and TV, a living area and a snooker table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a social bathroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. Externally it has an appealing garden, with outdoor furniture, a dining area and a barbecue. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), a hair dryer and a washing machine. It is located 1.5 km from Ribeira d\'Ilhas beach and the famous Crazy Left and Cave waves and 4 km from the centre of Ericeira.

We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
