The accommodation

Excellent villa with garden, private pool, 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
It has a living room with sofas (which are sofa beds), TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
Outside, there is a terrace on the upper floor and a garden on the lower floor with a swimming pool, barbecue and dining area.
It also has internet (wifi), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer and two covered parking spaces.
It is located 1.5km from Achada where you will find a variety of shops such as restaurants, cafes, barbecue areas, cafes, etc., 5km from the center of Ericeira and Fisherman's Beach.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
