The accommodation

Excellent accommodation with garden, private pool, 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
It has a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has 2 guest single beds.
Externally, on the upper floor there is a terrace and on the lower floor a garden with a pool, barbecue and dining area.
It also has internet (wifi), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer and two covered parking spaces.
It is located 1.5km from Achada where you can find a variety of shops such as restaurants, cafes, barbecue restaurants, etc, 5km from the centre of Ericeira and the Fishermen\'s Beach.

Note:
We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
