The accommodation

Amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom poolside ground floor apartment. Has a private sunny garden with comfortable chaise-longes to sunbathe after swimming in the pool which is right in front! The apartment is part of the exclusive Roda Golf& Beach Resort and is ideal for families to visit the beaches of the Mar Menor or as a base for a golfing in Murcia. The accommodation will host 4/6 people comfortably with 1 master bedroom, 1 good size second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The lounge has a sofa and a large TV with satellite TV including lots of international channels. The lounge and the main bedroom opens out onto the front terrace overlooking the pool.

Setting

The shared gardens have a selection of swimming pools (3 that you have access to) and are beautifully maintained. There are also several playgrounds for younger children dotted around the resort, plus you can access tennis courts and an astro turf football pitch close to the golf club. There is a gym situated near the clubhouse also with many pay as you go classes on offer.

The beach club is located on La Manga strip and can be accessed by car or by taking the boat across the Mar Menor. The public beaches are a few minutes drive away with free parking. There is a small shop on site, and supermarkets and restaurants within two or three minutes drive. There is also a great new Spanish restaurant in the Roda Clubhouse.

Activities and attractions

Roda Golf & Beach Resort is located close to the sea and the town of Los Alcazares where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes. The area has lots of activities like boating, tennis, padel, windsurfing, kitesurfing and of course golf.
