The spaces are divided as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer. (If necessary, a single bed can be added).
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed (2 single beds if necessary), flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom in the room with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer.
- Kitchen / living room with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, including all kitchen utensils, dining table, TV screen.
