Excellent 270 m² villa, very close to the center of Ericeira, with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.It has a living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, two bathrooms with a shower (one of them on the garage floor) and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.Outside there is a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool.It also has internet access (wifi), hairdryer and iron.It is located 900m from S. Sebastião beach and Largo de S. Sebastião where there are supermarkets, cafes with terraces, restaurants, barbecue facilities, among other shops. Ribeira D'Ilhas beach is 3km away.Note 1:The pool can be air-conditioned upon request, at an additional cost, not included in the price shown, of €40/night.Note 2:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
