Fabulous villa with garden, sea view, located close to Ribeira D' Ilhas Beach, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.It has a living room with a sofa, TV and fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a living area on the upper floor with a sofa (which is a double sofa bed), a bathroom bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle .On the upper floor there is a balcony that surrounds the house, with a magnificent sea view and equipped with outdoor furniture.Outside the ground floor there is a garden and a spacious terrace with barbecue and dining areaThis villa is located in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach (10 minutes on foot) and 4km from the center of Ericeira.The house has a video surveillance system inside, which is always deactivated.note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
