Excellent villa located in Ribamar, right in front of the sea, with 134 m2, three bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.It has a living room, two sofa areas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a guest bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.Outside there is a huge fenced terrace with barbecue, dining area and leisure/sunbathing area. On the first floor of the house there is a balcony with sea views.It also has internet access (wifi), iron and hairdryer.It is located right in front of the sea and 700m from the center of Ribamar, an area well known for having excellent restaurants, including seafood restaurants, and where you can also find several other offers in terms of commerce, such as: pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, coffee, etc.The distance to Coxos beach is 1.2km, 1.5km to S. Lourenço beach and 5km to the center of Ericeira.note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
