The accommodation

Fantastic 250m2 villa, with a unique location right in front of S. Lourenço beach, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
Inside, the villa has a living room with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is American style and is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, jug electric and juice machine.
The house has four bedrooms: two suites with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed of 3 beds and a single sofa bed.
There are four bathrooms: a guest bathroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.
It also has internet (wifi), iron and hairdryer.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, indoor pool and sauna.

There are 3 more houses on the property but they do not have access to the exclusive space of the house, the only common space being the parking area and access to the gate that leads directly to the entrance to the beach.

The house has a video surveillance system inside which, however, is turned off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no cameras will work inside. There are surveillance cameras outside in the parking area and on the grass near the gate.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
